Lovin' the Lake

This past week we were able to get some much needed R&R during our stay at Lake Anna. We rented a house on the private side, so were able to enjoy the WARM (almost overwhelmingly HOT water). We were joined by various family and friends throughout the week and had some amazing meals cooked on the grill. Makayla took her first kayak ride (as did her mommy) and caught her first fish. Liam slept (and cried) a lot, but LOVED getting in a life jacket to ride in Gary's boat. We couldn't have asked for better weather or company...to quote Makayla, "Daddy, I love the yake!"
